With regards to DLSW all you need to know is that you enter it in the local
format - ie on token enter it non-canonically on ethernet enter it
canonically. DLSW takes care of the conversion on the remote media side -
take a look at the DLSW design guide at:

Can anyone please give me an example of when you have to be
aware of the
conversion and to it maually. (Ie.... Whn DLSw needs to
advertise
reachability with ICannreach Mac add.... ) I would
appreciate if some can
direct me to a link that gives detail to this issue.
