Hi all,

Does anyone know how to adjust the telnet timeout parameter?

for e.g.

R4#r3
Trying R3 (172.16.14.2)...

On R4 I want to telnet to R3, if the connection is not up, I will have to
wait a long time for the session to be terminated by itself. I know I can
use ctl+shift+6+x, is there any other way to shorten the waiting time?

Hans
