I've swapped memory to/from a 4000M and 2500s. There are various
restrictions though (can't go higher than 16meg DRAM on 2500 etc...)

You'll be amazed what can be swapped when you're trying to beef up your
lab. For instance, I may have "heard" that memory (flash/dram) from
access server 5200's will work in 2500 routers too :)
