Nathan,
You can test multicast delivery to IP/TV clients. You can capture live or
recorded feeds and send a multicast stream, to which configured IP/TV
clients can join. This server can also work with the Content Delivery
Network devices, like the Content Distribution Manager and Content Engines
to offer video on demand to clients attaching to the CEs.
