I couldn't find it on the doc CD, but I used "clear ipx sap *" when
doing my labs. It didn't work on all IOS's, but I used mostly 12.0(7)T
and it worked with it.

I also found that it wouldn't always get rid of the entry I expected it
to, since the neighboring router would re-advertise the same SAP. In the
end, I decided it's best to wait the 60 seconds for it to timeout on all
routers to be sure.
