The calendar feature isn't supported on the 3620 I
don't believe. It's only on higher-end routers that
have a battery to maintain time between boots. You
need to set the clock after a reboot on routers not
acting as a ntp client.

The router will start with a time back in 1992 or 1993
if the clock isn't set. Now, if you reset the entire
rack then the time should be similar on all the
routers unless they have calendars, getting time from
another ntp source, etc. I have seen ntp take awhile
to sync up and previous postings here on the subject
have said it can take awhile.

Can the routers ping the 3620s loopback after the
resets?? Make sure connectivity wasn't lost...
