Take it apart, --reseat both flash and RAM, cross fingers with your left
hand, clearly say "smoke test" then turn power switch on with your right
hand.

Doing a typical password recovery, this Output happened after I change the
confreg to 0x2142 and reset the router. The following is what happens:

System Bootrap, Version 4.14(6){fc3] SOFTWARE
Copyright (c) 1986-1994 by cisco Systems
Local Timeout (control reg=0x0100) Error, address 0x2120003 at 0x1007578(PC)

and that is it. I can not break into the router or enter any commands.
