Item 8 on Fatkid 441 asks to: "Configure prioritization between routers R5
and R1 such that SNA traffic gets at least 50 percent of the available
bandwidth sampled every 0.125 seconds"

How does one sample this bandwidth every 0.125 seconds? Is this just the
default.
