Nope. What happens is when you use summary address, it creates null0 route
which again is being redistributed back to OSPF as external route and it
appears on all ospf routers. You can't filter this on the redistribution
router. The solution is either filter it on each ospf router or use
'not-advertise' command.

Note that in some older IOS version 'not-advertise option wouldn't work as I
specified above.
