You are right, I missed that BUT on the other hand, someone could be having
some fun with him by renaming the router.... :-)

I believe that if he has AMD flash instead of Intel Flash, he will get this
message and he will need to upgrade the bootrom to get the chips detected
correctly. The error message seems to suggest that... what he could probably
do is to switch the config to 0x2102 , if it boots up correctly, then in
this case, he can switch the flash to another router before doing the
upgrade. Then switch it back after the upgrade...
