Jason,
        My rule of thumb is to use the question mark liberally when entering
commands, and any time I can use the broadcast keyword, to do so. That's
for frame maps, dialer maps, ATM pvc creation, etc. I can't think of any
situation where it'll hurt, and it's almost always helpful.
