You will have an ethernet connection and a serial connection to the terminal
server.
I recommend you use the serial connection and do the ctrl-shft-x 6 to change
from
router to router. Having multiple windows open will require you to alt-tab
between them and with
eight or more windows open I think finding the right router at the right
time might be difficult.
If you use the term server, just connect into r1, r2,r3, etc. Then switch by
ctrl-shft-x 6 1 enter (for r1)
and your there, with practice this becomes very fast.
