I had a nightmare with the CCO Scheduling application.
Not only could I not get the date someone released but I found myself booed
for a lab within the 2 day window and I was being asked to pay the lab fee
to be released to schedule another one.
The application does not have any intelligence built into it and will not
alert you when you are making a mistake and will not even as for
confirmation before committing changes.
My advice is; go very easy on that tool and do not jeopardise you lab
schedule by over-using it.
Thanks

The first victim of the online swap meet... Cisco would have had better
results letting Ebay run the swap show.
