Any good idea about what to do else? I mean is there a procedure to
escalate this problem? or if there is a way to do it?
I have some one that agreed with me about swapping our dates, and we agreed
to take the chances through this stupid online swap program, but it doesn't
work!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
