I read the same thing about ip ospf demand-circuit must be on all the
routers on the area, but this did not work for me. I put the demand circuit
on r5 and used the ACL..
r5
access-list 100 deny ospf any any
access-list 100 permit ip any any
dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 100
This worked for me. You need to verify that the demand circuit is working,
use show commands...
show ip ospf interface bri 0
show ip ospf neighbor, (you must see your neighbor's bri address and a -
next to it.)
