The /32 is created by PPP, and doesn't necessarily have anything to
do with OSPF.. PPP sets up a peer route in the routing table. If you
do ppp over ISDN you will see the /32's come and go as the isdn line goes
up and down. To get a better understanding of how the /32 is created by
ppp, debug ppp neg over isdn and you will see how both sides create a
/32. There is a command to have ppp not create the host route.
