Does not work that way. While in ROMMON> mode, --do this.

ROMMON>o/r 0x2101 <-sets the configuration register
ROMMON>i <--initialize, makes a reboot

After the reboot you will have a crippled IOS, --just enough to do a TFTP of
a later, more powerful one.
