OK. We've all had this, but neither this nor CCO says that swaps
are no longer permitted, so presumably we mostly carry on as before...

Subject: On-Line Lab Scheduling Now Available for CCIE Routing &
Switching Lab Exam

May 11, 2001

Dear CCIE Candidate,

Our new on-line scheduling system is now available for your use. The site
can be reached at http://tools.cisco.com/CCIE/Schedule_Lab/.

Currently the only exam that can be scheduled with this system is the
Routing & Switching Lab Exam. All other scheduling requests will need to
go through the appropriate coordinator for each lab location. To use the
on-line scheduler you will need a valid CCO user ID. If you do not have a
CCO user ID you can register for a guest id at
http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/register/main?page=start&relation=clnc.

You will also need the details from your written exam (ID, test date, and
test score) in order to login to the site.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our new system please
contact the customer service representative in the region where you will be
taking your exam:

North and South America: ccie_ucsa@cisco.com
Europe, Middle East and Africa: ccie_emea@cisco.com
Asia and the Pacific Rim: ccie_apt@cisco.com

Regards,

Gail Dean
