TAriq,
You only need to specify the nsap address inlcuding the esi address on the
arp server client. Your config is for the server. You would need the full
nsap specified on the client pointing him to the server location.
ie atm arp-server nsap.esi.selectorbyte
with the esi matching the esi you configured on the arp-server.
