Problem with 3620

I fixed the problem with one of the old routers in my home lab, now I have
another.

I have a 3620. It seems to power up okay, but I dont see anything on the
screen and when I type I see nothing. I dont know if it is just not booting up
or if there is a problem with the console port. I tried to boot into ROM
monitor mode, but that was also unsuccessful.
