When I took Caslow's ECP1 class, he recommended "Enhanced IP Services for
Cisco Networks" (ISBN#1-57870-106-6) by Donald Lee. It's not dedicated to
IPSec/IKE internals (it also covers QoS and Routing Protocol Management),
but has a lot of information, including a comprehensive example with
IPsec/IKE.
