1. Identify nets on AS2WEST ..
   Create ACL to match those nets -Create route map - Set Med out towards
ebgp neigbor AS1

2.Identify nets on AS2EAST ..
   Create ACL to match those nets -Create route map - Set Med out towards
ebgp neigbor AS1

Rob, Can you throw some light how to use AS-Path to accomplish the same
...Given that
AS2WEST & AS2EAST are IBGP peers.. prepending to as-path will effect only
with EBGP..

you may want to modify your AS path for as2west routes (from as2east) and
vice versa
