Prepend the AS path on EAST routes advertised to AS1 out AS2WEST and prepend
AS path on WEST routes advertised to AS1 out AS2EAST.

Rob, Can you throw some light how to use AS-Path to accomplish the same
...Given that
AS2WEST & AS2EAST are IBGP peers.. prepending to as-path will effect only
with EBGP..

you may want to modify your AS path for as2west routes (from as2east) and
vice versa
