Someone else responded that you can't summarize on ABR. You can. Its just
a different command (area x range), but that won't the solve the problem
below. You should make all of your ospf lo an ip ospf network
point-to-point. If you don't, you won't be able to summarize it. z, i
appreciate you insight. I get to prove myself tomorrow in RTP.

Under OSPF process:
redistribute connected (loopback comes in as external, pass this through a
route-map to catch only the loopback network)
summary-address (to make it a /24)
