I looked around for it too, and can't seem to find it, at least not
easily...

You probably can't get access to IOS without a SmartNET contract, so if you
have one, just open up a case with the TAC, tell them you can't find it, and
maybe they'll send it to you.

I also noticed in the doc that you require a ROM upgrade as well, did you
already get the new ROM chip?
