Input-network-filter, on an interface, filters ipx networks in ipx rip
advertisements (distribute list under "ipx router eigrp" for ipx eigrp
advertisements). Router-filter filters from what routers advertisements
will be excepted. If you have 4 ipx routers of an ethernet segment you can
use a router-filter to except updates from only one of those routers.
