ip route null0 with ip ospf summary route

Hi,

    It's said that "ip route" clause does not allow to use unless explicitly
require in lab. When configuring summary routes wihin ospf domain, a route
to the null interface is created automatically as eigrp process to prevent
routing loops & black holes. How can I solve this type of problem?
