Getting personal because you don't agree with a post is just mean I will not
get in the mud and sling dirt, my mother taught me better.

Understand the bigger picture, it is all tied together. Those that take the
time to look deeper understand me and the importance of this issue, thanks.

Folks I follow Cisco very closely for many reasons and so should you.
Everyone here is looking to get certified, lets be clear Cisco Certified,
the reasons vary by person. But the economics of Cisco and this industry
will effect us all and also in our pursuit of certification. The economics
of all this also affect families and futures, the more negative press Cisco
gets the harder it will be for them to recover. Have you noticed the
distinct downturn in the world economy the layoffs at Cisco, Ericsson,
Netigy, just to name a few.

Does writing off 2.5 billion in inventory have an effect on resellers? You
bet it does. You think Cisco is going to let that inventory sit in a
warehouse? Come on... They are even being sued for that.

Consider that for a minute if in this economic climate your employer will
still pay for a lab attempt? What about the second? Will the relevance of
certification and the work it takes remain there if we are worried about
jobs? Does wriWill those stock options from our employers be there if Cisco
continues to fall like it has? What about competition? These are the only
things I could come up with in two minutes. Does this have relevance you bet
it does so think before you flame.

Tom,

Did Cisco reject your resume or something?
You ovbiously have a grudge as evidenced
from your previous posts talking up Juniper.

This is a mailing list dedicated to people
getting their Cisco CCIE. This list isn't
intended for you to post drivel and other
attacks on Cisco as a company. I can't
believe you have time to worry about Cisco,
when you have such a promising career working
for Netcerts.
