Here is a suggestion........
If the system doesn't come up completely, you can power cycle the Cisco
4000, hit the break key on a
terminal connected to the console port in the first 30 seconds, and type o/r
0x01.
Reboot the system, and it will come up running from ROM. Note that the 4000
rxboot
(ROM) image is a limited image (not full-featured).

I tried booting my 4000 from tftp but I forgot to add the .bin onto the end
now it can't find the file and I can't change it because it won't boot up.
