Don't think it is possible to filter in dense-mode. The command is limitted
to sparse-mode. In Dense Mode, the Multicast address is 'pushed' or
'broadcasted' to all the routers in the network that are configured with ip
multicast-routing and are running dense-mode. If a router does not want the
multicast traffic, it simply sends a Prune message up the multicast tree and
the router connected to him that is sending the traffic will stop sending
him the unwanted multicast traffic.

Not if you only have sparse mode configured. You need to have sparse dense
mode configured on all the interfaces as I understand it. The notable
exceptions are the well known addresses .39 and .40 used for announce and
discovery of the RP.
