Darren,
Is s0/0.1 up? IGRP wont advertise the interface if its not. Going back to
your original question my test show that the zero subnet 172.16.0.0 /24 is
advertised by the edge router once the "ip subnet zero " is added to the
configuration. Likewise all Remote routers receive the update but do not add
the zero subnet (172.16.0.0 /24) to the routing table until "ip subnet zero
"is added as well.
