OK, Forget most of what I said. I now know that Local Pref is only
indicated for INTERNAL learned routes (DUH!). That's why the "100" is only
indicated on one of the routes, the other is learned via EBGP. Geez! I
must be slipping. However, that STILL does not explain why we can't
influence the path selection via the MED when Local Pref is at
default. Errrrr!
