OSPF Virtual Link over OSPF On Demand Circuit

        Dear colleagues,

I4m having the following problem and really I don4t know if it4s something
usual or I should filter some information:

I have configured a OSPF Virtual Link over a OSPF On Demand Circuit (ISDN)
and the ISDN is flapping continuosly. It remains down a few seconds and
after comes up again.

Is it anything normal (because the Virtual Link) or I could have anything
misconfigured (I suppose)?
