It's not actually a bug. Some ISDN switches are
configured to require spids and some are not. I use a
simulator that doesn't require them and I get the same
thing. The particular one that you're describing does
not require them. I have "heard" that the isdn
simulators in the labs are different. In other words,
SJ doesn't require spids and RTP does.
Also 12.0(7)T is Early Deployment code. I'd suggest
upgrading to GD code anyway such as 12.0(9) or even
12.1 code.
