Hello Leah,

No you do not need it in case of simple p-2-p ATM connection
But you need to set up clock source INTERNAL.

Generally, ilmi and qsaal used with SVC and LANE.

In cciebootcamp lab 13 routers 14 and 14 are connected between each
other through LS1010 or through C5k with ATM. So ilmi and qsall needed
in this case.
