-TACACS? I'm sure there's got to be a way to do it via TACACS
-Use autocommand so when someone comes in via console whatever command
that is executed shows up in the log and is timestamped? You could
probably use something like "config mem" or something that would show up
in the log. Most people don't use config mem so it would stand out. Or
one of several other possible commands I'm sure you could try.
