Check the logging buffer for access to config mode. I think it will also
tell you the last time it power-cycled. Check your timestamp for actual
dates or uptime depending on your config to determine when the event
occured. Of course, these only work if the system hasn't overwritten the
event in the log - it's FIFO you know.
Show version should show you the uptime since last restart.
If you need a history of the exact commands, accounting to a Tacacs server
is essential. AAA commands can also be used to capture login time and
logout times to a TACACS server as well.
