I just wanted to weigh in on GrandStore/IQSale.
I also purchased about $2500 worth of routers from them. I had to return the
whole bunch.
They also tried to claim they never received them back when I returned them.
Buyer Beware!
Thank you,

I have heard about several complaints about Grandstore aka IQSale.
Couple of my buddies bought over $10,000 worth of Cisco routers and
switches to be able to prep for CCIE. I believe quite a few pieces such
as 4500s had to be returned since they were faulty. The only good news
is that Grandstore is here in town and we can knock right on there front
door to resolve issues.
BTW - They all now drive Mercedes ...

Thanks.. I thought I was the only with bad experiences with IQSale but
seems
like lots of people also have the same experiences.. I guess in my case,
3
months wasn't that bad... I'll stay away from them next time...
