What type of serial cable are you using? looks like you may have a clockrate
that is too fast for the serial cable.

Try a clockrate of 125000.

I'm trying to get a *VERY* simple IPX NLSP config working. It's
practically straight out
of the book, but it's not coming up. The weird symptom is that the line
