Cisco Call Manager is an IP PBX. It has gateway options(stand alone,
routers and switches) that can connect to legacy PBXs via T1/PRI and analog.
Call Manager supports open standards for application interfacing. Simple
services such as HTML w/XML, Tapi and JTAPI. Many partners already create
applications to plug into Call Manager.
