I heard, at IUPUI, they will redo all the cable
wiring, replace broken equipment and have a lot
of documentation and updated web site (Hopefully is
done by the end this semester at IUPUI)
Please give Lab engineer a break, since they are
still at school and try to achieve their CCNA
Overall, In My opinion, Lab Enginner over there
are very nice guy
