I did MPLS TE over ISIS w/Ethernet over the weekend. I
don't think it is on the lab yet but you might want to
become familiar with it just in case. I was doing it
for kicks. A coworker did it over Frame. You can
either do MPLS TE or just use tag switching on
interfaces. MPLS TE is more complex. Something I need
to study more. The lab is 12.0 and MPLS is fairly new
and being develeped so I'm not sure how much MPLS
stuff was in 12.0 versus 12.0T/12.1/12.1T offhand.

Oh, while tinkering with it I found out that with OSPF
MPLS TE is only supported in area 0 at moment;
12.0(7)T. The documentation said mpls traffic-eng area
x which suggests any area. RSVP is also part of
configuring MPLS TE.
