Cisco also has a very nice product called Cisco Secure ACS that will take
TACACS authentication requests and validate against an NT domain. With ACS
you can also do authorization - an access-list is sent to the NAS that says
what the individual user can do and where they can go.

There is an microsoft NT radius available on one of the option pack cd ,
this will solve your issue.
