Dear Atif,
BGP sync must be switched off in EVERY IBGP AND EBGP peer
inorder to work correct.
I have similar problem and I have to switch it off everywere
in my config.
Last month when I was attending the ABGP seminar
the tutor was saying to get it off from my configs
from every router inorder to work correct.
