Steve,

If that's the case, then you're probably suffering from IPX split-horizon
problems. IPX EIGRP is the alternative, or as others suggested,
'frame-relay map ipx ... broadcast' to work around the problems.

What you might find now, is a lack of routing information at the spoke
router?
