Is it a standard axiom ? Only if you are a CCIE.

Of course the increased in passing rates also play a part in that "truth",
who cares if there is more CCIE materials , information compared to 10 , 5 ,
2, 1 years ago.
IF I'm a CCIE, I would probably suggest that it's getting easier, and that
they should in fact include the entire range of Cisco products in the test .
After all, when Cisco is selling only routers and switches. The CCIE in the
past has to do the entire product range , so why not now... The fact that
you have more commands in IOS 12.x just makes it easier for the newer CCIEs.
In fact , any CCIE with a number higher than mine probably don't deserve it
because the test has just got easier right after I got my CCIE # .

P.s. Did anybody know that Cisco has a target of 10,000 CCIE by end of 2000
and that this was shot down by the proctors ?
