RE: Caslow 2nd edition

Eh. Both books are roughly the same, though the second edition has some
updated info on key topics.

I only found Caslow useful until I hit layer 3, then I went to Doyle,
Halabi, and CCO docs for specific topics. While Caslow was great for
basic layer 2, spotting "landmines," and forming a study plan, it's not
great for learning DLSw+, BGP, OSPF, etc...
