Tin,

If you have the full routing table on R2, then it might be from R3 as the
next-hop.

Configs, 'show ip ospf int' from each router, and if you've tried 'debug
ip ospf adj' on R2 maybe able to tell what's wrong.

Sound like one of the interfaces is not broadcasting..
