NTP syn problem

Need help on NTP syn problem!!!
No matter I configured different trust-key and different PWD, all the ntp cl
ient always syn with NTP master. Reboot router won'g help in this case. So how
can I make just one router syn with NTP master, but all the routers have to bee
n configured with authenticated NTP.
