We use TCL to write testing scripts for feature testing.
The test scripts run through test cases for every release
of software to ensure that features aren't broken by
code changes.
TCLSH probably has something to do with our use of Unix
and Autotest, but it isn't something I utilize at all.

For example, I just did MLPPPoFR and MLPPPoATM with LFI.
So once I test the feature, and come up with test cases
to make sure it works,
